Terms and conditions

Our booking terms and conditions are applicable to surf and yoga holidays booked with Taghazout Surf Waves and should therefore be read carefully and adhered to.

Your holiday contract is with  Taghazout Surf Waves S.A.R.L. we are based in Morocco. The person signing the booking form must read carefully and accept all our Booking for each member of your party.

The booking Conditions refers to you and your party. include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

A booking is confirmed when a 30% deposit is made, or full payment if you are booking 7 days prior to arrival. You will then receive booking confirmation on receipt of transferred money. Payments can be made via bank transfer to a Moroccan bank account.
All the prices stated on our website are in Euro And Pound We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold holidays at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed holidays. Once a confirmed booking has been made discounts cannot be asked retrospectively.

If you or any other member of your party decides to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us in writing.

  • Cancellation 4 weeks before arrival date 50% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellation 7 days before arrival date deposit not refundable.
  • Cancellation under 7 days before arrival payment is not refundable.

If you are forced to return home early, we cannot refund the cost of any travel arrangements you have not used and will not offer you any refund for that part of your holiday not completed.

Your surf equipment is your responsibility. We accept no liability for the loss or damage of your equipment during your stay. Any loss or damage to Taghazout Surf Waves equipment (Surf boards, wetsuits etc.) must be reported immediately and paid for.

Everyone booking a surf holiday with Taghazout Surf Waves must have full travel insurance. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property during their holiday stay. Everyone must obtain his or her travel insurance including the sport of surf and yoga.
